What We Believe

Statement of Faith

  • We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, and it is the foundation of all we believe and practice.
  • We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. He ascended into heaven and will return one day for His church.
  • We believe that salvation is a gift from God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone—not by works.
  • We believe in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit, who lives within believers, guides them in truth, empowers them for service, and produces spiritual growth.
  • We believe in the ordinance of baptism by immersion, as a public expression of faith and obedience, and the Lord’s Supper, as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice.
  • We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in Christ and in the importance of gathering together as the local church to worship, grow in discipleship, and serve our community.
  • We believe in living out our faith by loving God, loving people, and making disciples—fulfilling the Great Commission and bringing glory to God in all we do.
